I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the beginning estimate to the end of the job, Todd and Josh were very friendly, very professional, and up front about everything along the way. Their pricing is more than fair. They showed up ready to work every day and we could see the care they were taking on every single detail. They kept us informed on the progress and started and finished on time. And I haven’t when mentioned the finished product – it is simply spectacular and exceeded every expectation we had. They took the worst deck ever and turned it into a modern, well-built deck that any homeowner would be proud of. I know it adds many thousands of dollars to the value of our home.

We are very pleased with final product, our 12×16 deck. Josh and Todd communicated very well during all phases of the project. We spent time going over the details of the deck before it was contracted. There were no surprises and they even helped put all of the deck furniture on the new deck. The work area was kept clean and taped off at all times when they were not working.

The entire Courtyard Creations team provided us with the deck of our dreams. The team were easy to work with, stayed in constant communications throughout the job. They even took on some tasks that did not truly fall in what I feel their scope of work would include (moved and reinforced a hot tub). Their was one thing they did that was not to our liking and they cheerfully agreed and fixed the spacing of the railings. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was evident throughout the entire build. I highly recommend this team of professionals. They are top notch craftsmen.

Both men were very honest and respectful, always texted the time they would arrive and leave ahead of time. The job was done well, for much cheaper than a local competitor we reached out to. The deck looks exactly like they said it would, for exactly the price that was quoted. I would highly recommend for anyone who likes clear communication, quick work and a fair price. On a side note, they are just friendly down to earth guys. If I could rate them higher, I would!

Todd and Josh demolished an old pergola and built a new one. Their work is exceptional, as is their work ethic. They’re very trustworthy and I highly recommend them for your backyard project.

Todd and Josh are the only two contractors that we’ve dealt with that seem to understand their clients’ needs and then execute the work scope accordingly. They inform you when they plan to be there and notify you if plans change to reschedule for a mutually agreeable time. They each have unique skills which are complementary and take pride in doing quality work. They are patient in the decision making process between them and their client. They are always cheerful and seem to enjoy what they do. For quality of work, reliability and customer service, we highly recommend them over their competitors.
